Eftim Pandeff, Chairman, Axa Solutions
Eftim has over thirty-nine years of experience in seed and early stage technology financing, company management, and the formation of international joint ventures in North America, Europe, and Asia. One of the first venture capitalists to operate in the Silicon Valley, Eftim has launched and managed several successful venture funds since his days as an invited research fellow in Computer Science at Princeton University. His first investment company, Roussel Capital, was launched in 1969 with a focus on pharmaceuticals and the then emerging biotechnology sector.

Since then, Eftim's investing activities have expanded considerably to include: electronics; semiconductor technology; computer hardware, software, and peripherals; telecommunications; networking and Internet-based education. Eftim also serves as a director of Haemimont Games AD and is the founder and member of the Board of Trustees of the Haemimont Foundation.

He holds advanced degrees in Mathematics from the University of Paris and is fluent in Bulgarian, English, French, and Italian.
Ludmil Andreani Pandeff, President, Axa Solutions
Ludmil brings nineteen years of experience in managing educational technology, computer graphics, and offshore development companies in various parts of the world.

Prior to co-founding Axa Solutions, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Learn Technologies Interactive, Inc., a New York City developer and publisher of web-based educational and knowledge management software applications. Ludmil has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AxaVision, Inc., a New York City investment company providing seed capital and hands-on management, applications knowledge, and technology expertise to young software companies in North America and Europe, and as Vice President of Axa Capital Corporation, a seed to early stage technology investment banking boutique, in its Paris and New York City offices. He has also worked with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in its International Corporate Finance and International Capital Markets departments in New York City and London.

Ludmil sits on the boards of Axa Solutions and Haemimont Games, and is a Limited Partner of Inclusive Ventures, LLC and an Advisor to Internet Value Fund, LLC, two New York City high technology investment funds. He has also served as President of The Aks Chorale, Inc., a not-for-profit choral music group associated with The Dalton School of which he is an alumnus. Ludmil studied Economics at Stanford University and speaks Bulgarian, English, French, Italian, and has a working knowledge of Russian.
Nicholas Matelan, Ph.D., Executive Vice President, Operations, Axa Solutions
A co-founder of Axa Solutions, Nick has worked for more than thirty-five years in software development and product design. His management experience includes young private and publicly traded technology companies in addition to the research and development departments of some of the world's leading technology companies.

Formerly Chief Technical Officer of Learn Technologies, a New York City educational software company, Nick was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Flexible Computer Corporation, a publicly traded parallel processor manufacturer. He was also Manager of Building Automation Software at United Technologies (system builder), Director of Research and Development at Honeywell Communications (PBX and cellular development), Product Manager at Mostek (a semiconductor manufacturer), a Researcher at Lawrence Livermore Laboratories (United States government atomic energy lab), and Avionics Group Manager at General Dynamics (for the F-16 and F-111 aircraft).

Nick holds a number of patents and is the author of numerous engineering papers. He has advanced degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and an undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of Texas.
Dimo Simeonov, General Manager, Haemimont
Dimo joined Haemimont more than seven years ago. His first job was to manage the generation and testing of highly detailed 3D digital urban models involving a total of 5,000 city blocks and more than 500,000 3D buildings for the cities of Boston, Chicago, New York, Orlando, Salt Lake City, and Washington, DC. Dimo's success with this project resulted in his being selected to form the Company's then first team of Java experts, which propelled Haemimont to become a leading supplier of educational software to schools and textbook publishers on three continents. Since then, Dimo has been involved in managing all aspects of the Company's development and growth. He continues to play a vital role in account management and in working closely with clients, especially in project definition and product design.

Dimo completed his studies in Telecommunications Technologies and Networking at Sofia's Technical University and is a graduate of the English Language School of Yambol, Bulgaria. He is fluent in Bulgarian and English.
Kalina Nikolova, Chief Coordinating Officer, Senior Project Manager, Haemimont
Kalina is Haemimont's most experienced account and project manager. During her seven years with Haemimont, she has been responsible for all aspects of the Company's most complex and demanding custom software development projects, including schedule, production, and budget management. She has a deep knowledge and understanding of Internet industry and e-commerce and Web site development.

Kalina holds a masters degree in Computer Science and Technologies from the Technical University of Sofia and is an alumna of Sofia's Technical High School for Electronic Systems. She is fluent in Bulgarian and English.
