Discovery Phase - Each project beings with the acquisition of knowledge about the stakeholders, the requirements and the context. A detailed understanding is gained to ensure that technology requirements are met and expectations are fulfilled.

Definition Phase - As all future phases will rely on it, defining the Functional Specification for what will be built is commonly the most important phase in any project. Axa Solutions has experience with projects from those that have no specification to those with complete client specifications, ready for Design.

Design Phase - Design encompasses everything from Interaction Design to Technical Design to System Architecture and Visual Design. Utilizing information gathered during the Discovery phase, Axa Solutions' designers provide the needed functionality for their client and create an intuitive, consistent interface and clear specification of the system to be built.

Development - To develop the system, approved visual and interaction design is extended throughout the breadth of content and features, and technical development begins. All content assets, such as database references, text and images are collected, optimized and implemented. During this phase, application software and databases are built, testing for data integrity and transactions between the interface and backend are completed and rigorous quality assurance testing is performed on all deliverables.

Deployment - Finally, Axa Solutions works with the client to deploy all deliverables to their final destinations, to transfer its knowledge about the project to the internal team and to discuss a future working relationship that meets the client's needs.
